What you may do

• View the site in a browser and play the games it links to.
• Use the site's tools — search, proxy, Spotify, YouTube, the AI chat — as a visitor.
• Keep your own account and your own saved games.

That is the whole of the permission granted. No other rights are given, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

The game files served under games/ are not part of this licence and are not the copyright holder's work. They belong to their respective authors and are provided as-is, for play on this site, under whatever terms those authors set. Nothing here grants any right to them, and nothing here claims any.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The copyright holder is not liable for any claim, damage or other liability arising from use of the site.

Termination

Any breach of this licence ends the permission above immediately. On termination you must stop using the site's code and design and delete any copy you made.
